Registration
Registration on the website is necessary to use the service. When you register on Urbani Tartufi E-Shop, you must ensure that the mandatory registration information provided is correct and complete. Purchase
By placing an order through this website, you make an offer to purchase the products you have selected. Products are offered on this website within the limits of their available stocks. The order you place on this website does not constitute a binding contract until Urbani Tartufi E-Shop transmits a confirmation by email. Urbani Tartufi reserves the discretionary right to refuse orders; you will be contacted by email within five days from the placement of the order and will be informed about the possible unavailability of one or more products; should all purchased products be unavailable, the shipping cost will be refunded.
You are required to register on Urbani Tartufi E-Shop by registering your personal data and shipping address. Shipping rates are not included and vary depending on destination. Prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT. Urbani Tartufi E-Shop may make different offers during the year.
Payment methods

Invoices
For every order that is placed, in case you made a specific request by ticking the proper box in the order form and you provided a valid VAT number or fiscal code at the account registration, Urbani Tartufi will issue an invoice of the shipped products and send it to you. No modifications will be possible after the invoice is issued.
Product availability
Urbani Tartufi E-Shop reserves the right to change prices, descriptions or availability for products on this Website at any time without prior notice. Pictures are merely an indication of the aspect and dimension of the products and do not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the products.
In case of sudden unavailability of some products due to causes that were not predictable during the placing of the order, Urbani Tartufi will provide for the refunding of the ordered products, even after the email of the order confirmation is sent.
Handling of the order
The order is handled in the times specified in the summary page and in the email of the order confirmation. Urbani Tartufi will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused to you by delivery delays that do not depend on circumstances that were predictable by the parties when the confirmation of the order was sent.
Delivery
Deliveries are carried out during the usual working hours of the appointed courier to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery. If you notice any evident damage or missing items, you must immediately notify it, by writing “received unchecked” (specifying the case, i.e. “ripped packaging”, “smashed packaging” etc.) on the courier delivery note, or inform immediately Urbani Tartufi.
Once the delivery note is signed, you won’t be able to complain about the goods. Any issue regarding the external integrity of the products shall be notified using the contacts provided by Urbani Tartufi E-Shop. The goods will be stored and kept at the courier’s warehouse for 5 working days in case the delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful; if you don’t collect them after 5 working days, they will be returned to Urbani Tartufi who, depending on your wishes, will issue a refund (shipping costs and perishable goods such as fresh truffles or frozen products are not refundable ), or will arrange for a new shipping and calculate any additional shipping costs.
Urbani Tartufi will not be held responsible for delivery errors due to lack of information provided at the moment of the order, for products that were damaged after the delivery or for delays in the delivery caused by the courier.
Right to withdraw
When purchasing products or services on Urbani Tartufi E-Shop, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 working days from the moment in which the user or a third party – different from the courier and chosen by the user – acquires the physical possession of the goods. To use your right of withdrawal, you are required to inform Urbani Tartufi of your decision using the form at the bottom of the document.
If you withdraw from the present contract, you will be refunded every amount of money you payed to Urbani Tartufi, including delivery costs (except any additional costs for a shipping method more expensive than the standard one) without undue delay and not after 14 days since Urbani Tartufi was informed about your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be carried out using the same payment method chosen for the original purchase. If this is not possible, a different refund method will be arranged. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges for the refund. Refunds will be issued after Urbani Tartufi receives the goods or after documentation of the actual shipment of the goods is provided.
You are required to have the merchandise delivered to Urbani Tartufi without undue delay and within 14 days since withdrawal was notified. You will be charged the return costs. You are responsible of the damage only if it was created by you.
Damaged products, if used even partly, will not be replaced or refunded. A copy of the order confirmation email shall be attached to the order.
Withdrawal right cannot be used with: clearly customized goods or goods that, for their nature, deteriorate quickly (as it is, for example, the case of fresh or frozen food); sealed goods that cannot be replaced for sanitary reasons; goods that were opened after the delivery.
In accordance with section 47, paragraph 1, letter I of the Consumer Code, withdrawal is not applicable to supply contracts of food, drinks or any other domestic consumer goods delivered at the consumer’s residence or working place by usual suppliers.
Warranty
The merchandise and the services you buy come with a warranty. Except all food products, the warranty period is 24 months starting from the day of the delivery and the flaws shall be notified to Urbani Tartufi within 2 months since they were noticed. To use the warranty, you shall send an email to Urbani Tartufi indicating the order number and a detailed description of the flaws (we suggest attaching pictures).
All elements will be verified by Urbani Tartufi. Should the presence of the flaw be ascertained, you have the right to obtain the reparation or replacement of the product after it is returned to Urbani Tartufi. A reduction of the price or the ending of the contract can be asked if: the reparation or replacement is too expensive or not possible; Urbani Tartufi has not repaired or replaced the product within acceptable time (not sooner than 15 days); the reparation or replacement has proven to be reason of inconveniences for you. Withdrawal and termination of the account
Once you are registered on the Website, you may deactivate your account, ask for it to be cancelled or suspend the use of the service at any moment through the specific section on Urbani Tartufi E-Shop or by contacting directly Urbani Tartufi.
In case of violation of these present Terms and Conditions, Urbani Tartufi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any moment and without prior notice. Urbani Tartufi reserves the right to discretionally deny access on the Urbani Tartufi E-Shop to those accounts which show failures to pay, irregular payments, post vulgar, obscene, offensive or inappropriate contents or are involved in any other activity, express or not, that could harm directly or indirectly Urbani Tartufi.
