From the combination of white truffle butter and porcini mushrooms comes a condiment that perfectly matches the truffle stringozzi.  
After they have been soaked in water and sautéed in the pan, use the porcini mushrooms to season the stringozzi. Remove from the fire and add a knob of butter to the truffle to obtain an even creamier consistency.
