Urbani Tartufi’s white truffle butter cream is a very fine butter that reveals its high gastronomic qualities thanks to the combination with the white truffle, which personalises its aroma and enhances its flavour. Ideal for first and second courses of meat or fish, this butter cream is ready to use. Excellent for seasoning pasta and rice, just put a knob in the pan for sautéing and a knob at the end to whip.
