An innovative product obtained by the infusion of true white truffle Alba (Tuber Magnatum Pico) in an Italian extra virgin olive oil, obtained from organic farming. Recognized and certified by the Camerino University and ICEA, this oil can only be called “UNICO”, as its unmistakable flavour: that of Urbani Tartufi.
